CHON BURI: A hurt Russian lady flagged down a driver and requested assistance after she was assaulted in Bang Lamung district, near Pattaya, on Wednesday night.

Cops stated Elena Zyalkova, 38, remained in a dazed state and strolling on the roadway to Mab Prachan tank in tambon Nong Prue when she was discovered.

Cops and rescue employees were contacted us to the scene around 9.30 pm, Pol Lt Chatchai Rakkhamchop, deputy criminal offense suppression chief at Nong Prue, stated on Thursday

Ms Zyalkova was using a running match and had head injuries. There were swellings on her neck and abrasions all over her body. When asked she might not remember what occurred.

The authorities took a look at the roadway and close-by locations and discovered a path of blood discolorations leading about 10 metres into the forest next to the roadway, in addition to a set of running shoes and a smart phone, both hers.

The hurt lady was required to Bang Lamung Health center for treatment.
