CHON BURI: Eleven guys and 14 females of numerous citizenships were assembled late on Saturday night in a raid on a hotel in South Pattaya in tambon Nong Prue while going to a swingers’ celebration where revellers switch partners for sex.

The raid on the Restriction Tulip Hotel in Phra Tamnak location of South Pattaya, which happened about 11.30 pm, was performed by Bang Lamung district administrative authorities with assistance from traveler authorities and soldiers from the 14th Military Circle.

Naris Niramaiwong, the Bang Lamung district chief, stated the raid was triggered by problems from locals that the hotel had actually arranged swingers’ celebrations.

The celebration was being kept in a space on the hotel’s ground flooring where 25 individuals were discovered naked, making love. They consisted of American, Canadian, Chinese, Malaysian, Singapore, German, Thai, Cambodian, Indian and Ukrainian nationals. They were apprehended for additional legal action.

Mr Naris stated individuals wishing to go to the celebration needed to register through a site. The admission cost was 1,500 baht per individual.

Hotel operator Yang Xeng-chai, 53, a Chinese nationwide, was detained for breaching the Hotels Act and unlawfully assisting in sexes.
