Pattaya authorities are locating a group of youths who tossed ping-pong bombs at Bali Hai Pier.
About 10 youths on motorcycles tossed the extra-large firecrackers at skateboarders and travelers in the pier’s multipurpose zone. Nobody was hurt, however the activity location’s pavement was harmed.
