Pattaya authorities are blaming mental-health concerns for a transgender female climbing up a flagpole and flashing travelers outside the police headquarters.
Tourists took videos and officers encouraged the unknown female to come below the pole around 12:15 a.m. March 13 at the Pattaya Beach Soi 9 police headquarters. No intention for her climb was offered.
Individuals attempted to encourage the female to come down, however were welcomed with insults and flashes of her implanted breasts.
Lastly the sideshow ended when authorities got the female to climb up down and go within.
